Photo Update: Sunday, June 24

Today was Native American Day!

Today we met a Seminole Indian Scout.

We learned all about Native American Culture.

We met new friends from the Chickasaw Cultural Center.

We learned new stories about the Chickasaw people and their culture.

Campers learned how to weave small crafts.

They also learned how to shoot a bow and arrow.

One of the week's most fun activities: playing shinny! It's like field hockey but without nets.

At the end of the day we learned about Chickasaw dances

This was the Snake Dance!
